My First Book - Sky Falling

  1. The story of "Sky Falling" and her asking the question,"Could I have loved better?" made me think of a poem I heard yesterday for the first time called 'The Invitation' by Oriah Mountain Dreamer. The poem invites a contemplation of the choices we can make in life.
Just as I believe that you are inviting people to explore the possibility of positive thought and the potential benefits that may bring to all our lives.
There is much written on the subject of positive affirmations, for example, Mike Dooley of 'Thoughts Become Things - so choose the good ones'. He also writes daily positive thoughts which he sends out free to an e-mail list.
It seems to me that the message is that we can raise the 'collective consciousness' for the global good.
I wouldn't however, refer to the Universe as 'impassive' as you seem to suggest. We are all part of this Universe; connected - separation is only an illusion. This is being borne out by Quantum Physics which details us as 'energy' and can demonstrate the influence of one particle on an other - even though 'separated ' by a great distance.
And, if we can be proactive in the creation of our reality and we are each a part of this Universe - then the Universe itself is a creative being.

  2. I think the term 'impassive universe' refers to ( from what I've read) to the way the universe will not distinguish between positive and negative vibrations but will in kind return them as such....could be wrong :)
    But thanks for you're view.
